When you order your customized “backlit film” for the LED sign from a sign store, the dimensions should be slightly less that the 12″x36″ frame. The film which slides inside should be 10.5″x34″ to fit. But leave a border that will be covered by the frame. The actual face of the visible sign is 10″x33.75″.
